Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the biscuit dough slightly, if needed, and cut each piece in half.
Place a slice of cheese on each piece of dough, then wrap it around a frankfurter, sealing the edges.
Arrange on the baking sheet, seam side down, leaving space between each one.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with maple syrup, mustard, or your favorite dip!
