- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 3 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped scallions
- 1 package dinner rolls halved lengthwise
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese melted
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/3 cup pickled jalapeños optional
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Mix the filling – Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cilantro, and scallions in a bowl.
Assemble the sliders – Spread the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of the dinner rolls. Sprinkle cheddar and pepper jack cheese on top.
Add jalapeños (optional) for extra spice, then place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
