Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
Mix the filling – Combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cilantro, and scallions in a bowl.
Assemble the sliders – Spread the chicken mixture onto the bottom half of the dinner rolls. Sprinkle cheddar and pepper jack cheese on top.
Add jalapeños (optional) for extra spice, then place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
Prepare the butter topping – Melt butter in a small saucepan, then stir in hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and poppy seeds.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the sliders.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese melts and the tops are golden brown.
