- 10 oz Grape tomatoes 30 tomatoes
- 5 slices Cooked bacon each cut into 6 square pieces; omit for vegetarian
- 1/2 oz Fresh basil 30 leaves
- 10 oz Fresh mozzarella balls minis; 30 pieces
- 30 Toothpicks
- 1/4 cup Basil pesto
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic glaze
- Black pepper fresh cracked, optional
Cook the bacon slices until crispy and cut them into small square pieces.
Cut the grape tomatoes in half.
Thread a tomato, mozzarella ball, basil leaf, and bacon piece onto each toothpick.
Arrange the skewers on a serving plate.
Drizzle the pesto and olive oil over the skewers.
Add balsamic glaze on top for extra flavor.
