- 2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 16 ounce packages thin spaghetti
- 4 15 ounce jars Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- ½ tablespoon cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1 ½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese Optional
- 2 cups chopped broccoli Optional
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked.
Add Alfredo sauce to the skillet and stir in fresh basil, cayenne pepper, and chopped onion.
Mix in the pasta and toss until everything is well coated in the creamy sauce.
Add optional broccoli and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and stir until melted and creamy.
