Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 8 ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix softened butter, parsley, minced garlic, and salt. Freeze for 10 minutes.

  • Pound chicken breasts to ¼-inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
