- 1 Cup Cottage Cheese - Full Reduced, or Fat Free all work (look for Low Sodium)
- ¾ Teaspoon Garlic Powder - *Optional
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning - *Optional
- Oregano - *Optional for topping
