- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

- In another bowl, beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.

- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine well.

- Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips.

- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on a rack before serving.
