Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  • In another bowl, beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.

  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine well.

  • Stir in rolled oats and chocolate chips.

  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
