Prepare Work Area:
- Line your kitchen counter with parchment paper or set up 3 baking sheets with parchment.

Melt the Chocolates:
- In a 5-quart or larger slow cooker, add white melting chocolate, sweet baking chocolate, and semi-sweet chocolate chips.

- Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours, stirring occasionally. Be sure to check it often to prevent burning.
Combine and Add Nuts:
- Once the chocolates are completely melted and smooth, stir them together.

- Add all the nuts (salted dry roasted, unsalted dry roasted, and cocktail peanuts) into the chocolate mixture and stir well.
Scoop and Set:
- Switch the slow cooker to Warm or turn it off, leaving the crock in the housing to stay warm.

- Use an ice cream scoop or tablespoon to scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the parchment paper.
Allow to Set:
- Let the candies set for about an hour. Once they are firm, transfer to an air-tight container.
