  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 6 cups apples - peeled cored and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Make the Topping:

  • In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Make the Apple Filling:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, ginger, and cinnamon.
