CrockPot Cheesy Potatoes Recipe

This creamy and cheesy slow cooker potato is a perfect side dish. With sour cream, cheddar cheese, and cream of chicken soup, it’s a comfort food classic that’s super easy to make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag 30 oz. frozen diced potatoes, Southern style
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 can 10.75 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spray the sides of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add the frozen diced potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and black pepper into the slow cooker.

  • Stir everything together until well combined.

  • Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours.
