- Spray the sides of your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the frozen diced potatoes, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and black pepper into the slow cooker.

- Stir everything together until well combined.

- Cover and cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours.

- Once cooked, set the slow cooker to warm to keep the casserole warm until ready to serve.
