- Add frozen green beans, cream of chicken soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

- Stir in half of the French-fried onions during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

- Before serving, sprinkle the remaining onions on top for a crispy finish.

- Serve warm and enjoy!
