  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 29 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 12 ounces cottage cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 12 ounce package lasagna noodles

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cottage cheese, and Parmesan.
  • Spread a layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, breaking them as needed to fit.
