- 3 pounds potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped cooked ham
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup water
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Prepare the ingredients – Peel and thinly slice the potatoes, chop the onion, and dice the ham.
Mix the sauce – In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
