- Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

- Place the chicken in the crockpot and add minced garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and chicken broth.

- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and spinach in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
