Lightly grease your slow cooker with butter or nonstick spray.
Layer chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on top of each chicken breast.
In a bowl, mix condensed cream of chicken soup with milk and pour over the chicken.
Evenly sprinkle the herbed dry bread stuffing mix on top.
Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
