Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry (or crescent roll dough) to about 1/4 inch thick.
Brush the pastry with melted butter, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Spread strawberry jam evenly over the buttered area, then layer with strawberry slices and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Gently roll the dough up tightly, sealing the edge with a bit of melted butter.
Slice the roll into six pieces using a sharp knife.
Place the rolls in a parchment-lined baking dish and refrigerate while preparing the second sheet of pastry.
Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
While baking, make the icing by mixing confectioner’s sugar, butter, milk, and jam until smooth, then drizzle over the rolls once they’re out of the oven. Enjoy!
