Garlic Butter Shrimp and Broccoli Skillet Recipe

This garlic butter shrimp with broccoli is packed with bold flavors from paprika, Sriracha, and lemon juice. A quick, easy, and wholesome seafood dish perfect for busy weeknights!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lbs 700g medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 1/2 lbs 700g broccoli (1 1/2 crown ) rinsed and cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup 60ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha or any hot sauce you like
  • Crushed chili pepper flakes optional
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Fresh chopped parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Sauté Broccoli: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, cook broccoli for 4-6 minutes until crisp-tender. Remove and set aside.

  • Cook Shrimp: In the same pan, melt butter, add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1-2 minutes.

  • Add Seasonings: Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Flip shrimp and cook for another minute.

  • Make the Sauce: Pour in vegetable stock and Sriracha, then let it reduce slightly for 1 minute.

  • Combine & Finish: Add broccoli back to the pan, toss everything together, squeeze fresh lemon juice, and heat for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve: Garnish with parsley, lemon slices, and chili flakes if desired. Enjoy immediately!
