  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter cut into 4 tablespoon-sized pats
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped

  • Prep the steak – Dice the sirloin steak into 1-inch pieces and season with sea salt and black pepper.

  • Heat the skillet – Add olive oil to a hot pan over medium-high heat.

  • Make garlic butter – In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
