- 1 lb Sirloin steak or any cut of steak; diced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Unsalted butter cut into 4 tablespoon-sized pats
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
Prep the steak – Dice the sirloin steak into 1-inch pieces and season with sea salt and black pepper.
Heat the skillet – Add olive oil to a hot pan over medium-high heat.
Sear the steak – Cook steak pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and crispy.
