Prepare the Shrimp:
- Rinse 1 lb (500g) shrimp under cold water.
- Drain and set aside.

Heat the Skillet:
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add 4 cloves minced garlic and sauté until slightly golden and fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp:
- Stir in the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes.

- Add 3 tablespoons honey, 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 3 dashes of cayenne pepper.

Let the Sauce Thicken:
- Stir and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the shrimp turns pink and the sauce thickens.

Garnish and Serve:
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
