  • 1 small melon preferably honeydew
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 cup blue grapes
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 12 walnut halves
  • Dressing
  • 8 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon catsup
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • salt
  • white pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the fruits: Scoop melon into balls, peel and slice oranges, and halve the grapes, removing seeds if necessary.
