- Spread butter evenly on one side of each bread slice.

- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and place one slice, buttered side down.

- Layer cheddar, Gouda, and Havarti cheese on top.

- Place another buttered bread slice on top, buttered side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook until both sides are crispy and cheese melts.

- Remove from the pan and let it rest for a minute before slicing.
- Serve warm with your favorite soup or salad!
