- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.

- Cook chicken chunks in the skillet, seasoning with garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and oregano.

- Stir occasionally and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium, add heavy whipping cream, and let it bubble slightly.

- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat evenly with the sauce.

- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
