  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.

  2. Cook chicken chunks in the skillet, seasoning with garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  3. Stir occasionally and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove and set aside.
  4. Lower the heat to medium, add heavy whipping cream, and let it bubble slightly.
