  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Shredded parmesan
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.

  • Cook chicken chunks in the skillet, seasoning with garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and oregano.

  • Stir occasionally and cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove and set aside.
  • Lower the heat to medium, add heavy whipping cream, and let it bubble slightly.
