  • 2 tsp salt

Coating:

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbs potato starch or tapioca starch or corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Spicy Ketchup:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix coating ingredients in a shallow bowl and set aside.
