Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast chopped
  • 1 tablespoon almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 inch ginger minced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 head broccoli chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper chopped
  • For the sauce
  • 1 batch keto stir fry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce optional

  • Non-stick pan or wok
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Whisk together stir fry sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce in a bowl and set aside.

  2. Coat chopped chicken with almond flour in a separate bowl.

  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Stir fry chicken until mostly cooked, then remove from pan.

  4. Add garlic and ginger to the pan and stir fry for several minutes.

  5. Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.

  6. Return chicken to the pan, pour in the sauce, and let it bubble and thicken.
