- 8 chicken thighs with skin on
- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1/2 cup 120 ml tamari sauce
- 1/4 cup 60 ml water
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 green onion chopped for garnish
- 1 teaspoon 5 g sesame seeds, for garnish
Gather all the ingredients to cook the dish.
Place chicken thighs at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add sliced onion, tamari sauce, water, and minced garlic, ensuring most of the chicken is covered in the sauce.
Cook on low heat for 6 hours.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
