Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken thighs with skin on
  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup 120 ml tamari sauce
  • 1/4 cup 60 ml water
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 green onion chopped for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon 5 g sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients to cook the dish.

  • Place chicken thighs at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Add sliced onion, tamari sauce, water, and minced garlic, ensuring most of the chicken is covered in the sauce.
  • Cook on low heat for 6 hours.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
