  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 6 cups instant mashed potatoes prepared using package directions
  • 2 cups medium cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ pound bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley or chives diced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Mix the meatloaf base – Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
