- 20 ounces button mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoons garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/3 cup oyster sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Toss in sliced mushrooms and cook for 4–5 minutes.
Pour in white wine and let it simmer until reduced by half.
Stir in oyster sauce, mixing well to coat the mushrooms.
