  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon creole seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef and minced chicken gizzards until fully cooked.
