Russian Crab Salad Recipe

This creamy and flavorful crab salad combines tender imitation crab, eggs, and crisp veggies in a rich mayo-horseradish dressing. A refreshing and easy dish, perfect for gatherings or quick meals!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds imitation crab meat chopped - using a knife or food processor
  • 6 or 7 hard boiled eggs diced
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp cream-style horseradish sauce
  • 1 15 oz can corn well-drained
  • 1 15 oz can peas well-drained

Instructions
 

  • Prepare ingredients: Chop crab meat, dice hard-boiled eggs, and finely dice onion.
