- 1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pound sage ground pork sausage
- 3 TBS unsalted butter melted
- ¼ cup milk
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and baking powder.
Add grated cheddar cheese, ground sausage, and melted butter, then mix until well combined.
