  • 1 cup warm water 110 degrees F.
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons Active Dry Yeast 1 packet
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lawry’s Garlic Salt

Instructions
 

  • In the stand mixer bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
